    Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of 10 years, which corresponds to the limitation period for possible ex contractu and ex delictu claims.

  4. What kind of personal data do we collect?
    1. Most of the operations on the Website can be done without providing any personal information.
    2. We require you to provide the following personal data in order to be able to view and perform the contract concluded with you, and thus provide you with a service:
      1. name and surname, buyer's address, address of the recipient, e-mail address, telephone number, tax identification number or PESEL number, passport number.
      2. if required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary, for example, for accounting or tax reasons. In addition to these cases, providing your data is voluntary.
    3. If you decide to book / purchase a ticket or purchase other services, you subscribe to our Newsletter, in order to perform the service, Busfor may ask you to provide the following information:
      1. Contact details (your name and surname, first name and surname of the passenger for whom you make a reservation / purchase, contact phone number, e-mail address, passport number, etc.);
      2. Your orders in the past (ticket number, passenger's first and last name, e-mail address)
      3. In case of necessity, Busfor may ask you to submit a copy of the document confirming your identity by means of a scan.
    4. When visiting the Busfor website, you can, for example, purchase a bus ticket or just check the timetable of the bus. Depending on your activity on the website, you will need to provide us with some information in order to conduct the operation that you requested on our Website. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide the service for you. In other cases, you may use the Website without providing any data or providing data due to your interest in a service that you will not be able to purchase at the moment (for example subscribing to the Newsletter).
